Scanned multiple times a week for 6 months before giving up. Received 2 $10 vouchers in those 6 months, so if you're thinking of getting this for the rewards - it's not worth the time. Did a review and their response was to enter more purchase...so spend more and you'll get more vouchers. The app is super glitchy and has a new problem all the time. It takes quite a while to scan all of your purchases and enter the price so it's really not worth the time vs the reward.

Please note that "you can submit more than 1 purchase trip/week" does not translate as imposition of you doing so. Trips per week is one of the ways to boost points, but another, also mentioned, was consistent activity week streaks (not exclusively trips). Hope this will clear the misunderstanding. Previously the app was working fine but lately it loads 5 minutes, every single time I open it. Annoying and it makes me want to stop adding my groceries Update after the support's response. I do use the latest version of the app, my phone's system just had the latest update installed, and I have enough space (45% free) on my phone. No, the phone is not too old. It's just that this app is full of bugs, very annoying

Very clunky, for ever crashing. Doesn't recognise stores like Sainsbury's or Waitrose in the favourites column. You'll need lots of patience to use it. It took me half an hour to add six items from two different stores. I hope the rewards for using the app are worth it. Below is your response, thank you. However I can't call that number as I have hearing problems. Disappointed to see you aren't inclusive.
